If an item is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when received, it may be returned within 14 days of purchase. Please note that refunds are issued as shop credit only.

For hygiene and quality reasons, candles, testers, wax melts, oil scents, sale items, and discounted products are non-refundable.
